Why Sound Baths?

One of the main purposes of a flute sound bath is to help the recipient reach a meditative state. Moving out of the fight or flight mode into a brain wave function that facilitates peace in the mind and healing in the body. Moving into place of rest, so we can hear what the Creator is saying and see what He is doing. Aligning us with His design for our Spirit, Soul and Body.
